Initiate Your Quest
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Loot
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain attached as if they were pristine artifacts.
Dispatch the Courier
Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.
Claim Your Gold
Once our master smiths inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
